WHO WE ARE

   Hi! A little bit about us, we are a micro batch coffee roaster based in northern Indiana. We started roasting coffee in early 2024 and have enjoyed learning the processes of the art of coffee roasting! We roast our coffee on a small drum roaster with the ability to record and profile roasts. This helps us to produce coffee with repeatability and highlight the unique, desirable flavors which makes specialty coffee so exciting! We source our coffee greens from a local supplier whose passion for quality aligns with our own vision.
